• Bluco® Launches Upgraded Website with New Features and Content (Sep 07, 2022)

  Bluco® Corporation, designers and manufacturers of modular workholding solutions, today announced the launch of their upgraded website, Bluco.com. The site focuses on Bluco’s solution-based approach to creating modular fixtures, and provides users with easy navigation to engaging content that is optimized for both desktop and mobile viewing.

   

  From the very first page, it’s obvious the site looks much different. But as Bluco’s Director of Sales, Brian Dodsworth points out, this upgrade goes way beyond looks. “The goal of this project was to tell our story in a way that’s truer to who we actually are,” Dodsworth said. “We wanted to take users beyond hardware and into the world of end-to-end solution building. That’s where our focus is — on problem-solving with our customers. And that’s what this site brings to life.”

   

  Users will get their first glimpse of what makes Bluco different on the home page of the site, which features the ability to navigate by application (welding, positioning, robotics or machining) instead of by product category. “You don’t have to come to the site already knowing what you need,” said Dodsworth. “You can start with what you’re trying to accomplish, which is a much more intuitive experience for users.”

   

  Beyond the home page, the site continues to deliver on Bluco’s solution-based philosophy. Among the new pages on the site are the following highlights:

  Bluco® Corporation, designers and manufacturers of modular fixturing solutions for welding, machining, robotics and positioning, announced today it has been named one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in 2022. This marks the second year in a row that Bluco has been honored with this designation.

   

  Given by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR), the award recognizes organizations that are setting the standards for excellence in workplace environment and human resources practices. Nominees are evaluated based on criteria like compensation, employee enrichment, engagement and retention, education and development, diversity and inclusion, and recruitment efforts.

   

  “We were thrilled to be among the winners last year, since that was our first time entering Bluco for consideration,” said Bluco Human Resources Representative, Margy Pagone. “But to win two years in a row – that’s very motivating.
