About Our Company

Originally founded in Germany in 2009, our US headquarters opened in 2010. Since then, thousands of KAAST machines have been installed around the world.

We keep 100+ machines in-stock at our 42,000 square foot warehouse located minutes from Philadelphia International Airport.

In our large parts bay we keep most wear parts in stock and ready to ship from Philadelphia to the customer within 24 hours. Any spare parts not in stock can be on their way to the customer from our factories within 48 hours. Our service technicians are always happy to help in person or over the phone.

    • The H-Frames of the HPA general purpose hydraulic shop presses are steel welded and offer adjustable table height. These presses are simple to operate with their joystick control. The manometer allows the operator to monitor the pressure on an easy to read analog dial. Two V-blocks are included with each machine to assist with straightening and or positioning material. With working space of 30-62”, the HPA presses can be sized to fit the space requirements of most shop floors.

The limit switches keep cycle times to a minimum while the choice of 40”, 60”, 80”, or 100” of working area, & adjustable table height offering up to 16” of daylight, make for easy manipulation of the workpieces. The guide columns on either side of the center hydraulic shaft help to ensure steady even pressure across the table. The shafts are hardened & ground from high-tensile strength steel & modular dies that work for most square/rectangular tubing are included. Can be operated either vertically or horizontally & include a motor brake for precision bending. The PBH offers a triangular die arrangement with the top die fixed & the two lower dies hydraulically adjustable. All three dies are driven. Push button controls are standard. The NC EasyView control provides automation made easy! All movements, processes, & commands of the operator during the bending process can be recorded in the teach-in mode & then recalled & played back automatically at any time.
