    • XSPEE3D is SPEE3D’s largest mobile model, ruggedised for deployment in remote locations, on-site or in field, or out at sea. This robust, containerised solution offers a deployable metal manufacturing capability for parts up to 88lbs, 40 x 30” in diameter. Integrated with SPEE3D’s patented cold spray process, XSPEE3D can manufacture parts at rapid build rates of up to 3.5oz a minute. This means it is possible to produce parts in minutes, or hours for larger parts. With XSPEE3D, maximise productivity, enhance inventory management, and rapidly produce parts when needed. The printer and auxiliary equipment are housed within a standard 10 metric ton, 20-foot shipping container for easy transportation via truck. The technology was developed based on successful metal manufacturing field trials with global Defense, including the Australian Army, US Navy, US Army, and British Army.
