ATLANTIC FABRICATING COMPANY INC ACQUISITION OF GENLAB PARTS AND SERVICES
SOUTH WINDSOR, CT - Welcome to Fabtech 2023! We are proud to announce the acquisition of GenLab Parts & Services Inc. into Atlantic Fabricating Company Inc. This acquisition allows Atlantic Fabricating to providea variety of spare parts, and services to OEM producers. President, Kara Dunlap stated, “In particular, we are excited to now offer refurbishment and manufacture of custom printed circuit boards including the reengineering of obsolete circuit boards.” The acquisition of GenLab will allow Atlantic to vertically integrate and provide support to OEM manufacturers from new product introduction to aftermarket spares. This aligns with the company’s mission of building toward a “One Stop Fab Shop.”
Atlantic is a global company that services industries in industrial fabrication, alternative energy, automotive, oil & gas generation, aerospace and maritime. A handful of current customers benefiting from this acquisition are Chrysler, GM, Doosan Fuel Cell, HyAxiom, Practicum, & Swanson Industries.
