One of the company’s roll formers, the DH series, is a duplex machine designed for making a family of parts. The operator can change the part's width by moving one of the forming heads laterally. The other forming head, equipped with two sets of tooling, can switch out the inboard set for the outboard by rotating 180 degrees. Another design is a DH machine outfitted with four sets of tooling mounted to two forming heads that rotate 180 degrees to make a family of four similar parts. All of these are quick-change features. Tube and pipe system components include strip accumulators, edge conditioners, seam orientation stands, weld boxes, bead scarfing systems, straighteners, and dedimplers for its own and other manufacturers’ mills. The company also makes consumables.
