VitraSOL - Architectural Coatings

Our architectural powder coatings are high-performance, high-quality, durable coatings developed specifically for architectural applications. A great alternative to liquid coatings, VitraSOL powder coatings are suitable for use on aluminum surface for both interior and exterior applications. Additionally, they offer excellent durability, good chemical resistance and incomparable mechanical performance. VitraSOL products are designed to meet the AAMA Specifications 2603-21, 2604-17, and 2605-17.

VitraZn - Zinc Containing Coatings

A specially designed proprietary formulation and a unique manufacturing process that allows us to introduce a significant amount of zinc into the coating to maximize its corrosion protection versus organic barrier coatings. We offer a wide range of Zinc containing coatings that can provide a sacrificial cathodic protection with long-term protective benefits.

VitraEXTREME - Super Durable Corrosion Resistant Coatings

Our one-coat system enhances the corrosion resistance in a single layer. The Vitracoat SDCR (super durable corrosion resistance) technology allows you to achieve exceptional corrosion resistance and outstanding UV protection in just one step. This NEW SDCR technology has the properties built into a one-layer system for both aluminum and steel applications that provides excellent adhesion characteristics and edge protection needed for enhanced corrosion resistance.

VitraBOND - Bonded Metallic Coatings

A proprietary process where we introduce heat and high-intensity blending in a controlled environment. This unique bonding process gives us the ability to achieve an extremely high percentage of metallic encapsulation. The result is a beautiful, easy-to-apply, and more realistic metallic finish. This in-house metallic bonding capability allows for greatly improved reliability, unmatched product performance, improved lead times and provides for exceptional product quality.

VitraSLIP - Low Friction Coatings

Low-friction powder coatings produce an extremely low coefficient of friction which makes them the ideal coating solution for certain applications when a surface is needed where items can slide or slip effortlessly. Vitracoat has developed a technique that not only provides durability and hard coatings but when combined with the low coefficient of friction, makes low-friction powder coatings the perfect application for earth-moving machinery and commercial snow removal equipment. High slip can be beneficial for shopping carts and drawer slides.

VitraCLEAN - Anti-Graffiti Coatings

While no anti-graffiti coating resists all forms of graffiti applied to them, the VitraCLEAN powder coatings are formulated to have anti-graffiti and stain resistance properties, protecting surfaces from the permanent effects of some spray paint and permanent markers. It makes cleaning more manageable and offers excellent exterior durability.
