The Extractor Company is strictly a garnet and abrasive removal company. We offer many types of systems and pricing. We are a small family business that started in a garage and now sells to the largest companies in our industry. We are fully registered to sell to the military, Defense Contractors, OEM of Waterjet Systems, Large Fabrication Facilities as well as Ma and Pa shops. Our Pricing goes from $2,500.00 - $25,000.00. Our most popular system the VacBOX as well as all of our machines, use our Cross-Flow separator to settle the garnet into a bulk bag, or for disposal directly into a roll-off.

  • The Garnet Gun is a very powerful tool for removing abrasive from a waterjet catch tank. The Garnet Gun is a must if you have an intank garnet removal system. While most intank systems leave abrasive build up in different areas of your catch tank the Garnet Gun will spot clean any area in your catch tank. Pressure washer recommended 3000psi 3.0 gpm. gas or electric.

     Each Garnet Gun comes with a $1,000.00 credit towards the upgrade of any abrasive removal system The Xtractor makes.

    The Garnet Gun in conjunction with a suspended bulk bag will create crystal clear water in your catch tank.

  • Dewatering Bulk Bags. These Bags have a twisted weave allowing the water trapped in your material to drain out and dry quickly. These bags will be offered at Fabtech for $14.00 per bag. All bags sales need to be paid for prior to the end of the show. Min. 20 max. 300.

    Return water runs through the filter screen preventing total blockage of the filter screen. This is exclusive to the Xtractor Company....
     

    • The Debris Nozzle is constructed from 304 St. Stl. with a Heavy Duty Stainless Filter Screen. 1 1/2 Suction and return nozzle allows for heavy water flow back to the nozzle to dislodge packed abrasive in the catch tank.
