Blast Cleaning Technologies is introducing our RB3 1” x 4” Rod Blast System.This system features three (3) M3 TwistLOK™ e-Wheels™, 50 HP motors at 3600 RPM with vibration sensors and Magnavalve® abrasive control valves, heavy duty labyrinth sealed cabinet access doors with in-line and hanging cast liners.This Rod Blast System has a full access platform with a top mounted air-wash separation system with stairway access, and a 2,500 lb. automated abrasive adder.
Wired with Siemens system controls and a 12” HMI screen with remote HMI viewing software for mobile and PC. BCT includes remote access for system troubleshooting.
