The mono-block hydraulic manifold is easy to maintain and powered by the motor and pump set. Two moving bolsters with Q.D.C. system (quick die change system) make the heavy die change easier and faster. The production line is automatically working all year round, 24 hours a day. Operators can adjust its pressures, speeds, daylight and stroke distances according to their special production requirements.
The high-speed technology of our HD series is assisted with accumulators, which makes the pressing speed of these presses between 30 to 150 mm/sec, with the approaching speed of 800 mm/sec or faster and return speed of 600 mm/sec or faster. With function of cushion system to knock out the parts, all speeds and strokes including the slide and cushion can be adjustable. The DEES self-developed HD-FASTech solves the deep-drawing’s low efficiency problem and has greatly improved the production efficiency.
