It is carrying out the marketing, servicing and sales of Dimeco’s products. The establishment of this U.S. office allows Dimeco Coil Technologies to increase its presence in the marketplace and provide immediate customer support and answers to specific technical questions and issues from customers and dealers as they arise.

    THE NEXT STEP IN TURRET PUNCH TECHNOLOGY

    Description:

    LINAPUNCH® combines the unmatched flexibility of turret punching together with the performance of coil fed processes.

    The LINAPUNCH® line is the perfect complementary equipment to existing CNC turret punching machines.

    Always looking for more efficient solutions towards his customers, DIMECO is proposing his LINAPUNCH®.

    Built for sheet metal up to 4 mm thick (8 Ga) and available in 20, 40 & 60'' wide, the concept uses an on purpose coil handling line, a LINAPUNCH® coil fed turret punch press module and a fully automatic part unloading system.

    CUTTING MATERIAL COSTS

    Working from coil is like processing a blank with infinite length. It therefore opens to unlimited options

    - Up to 40% scrap rate reduction can be generated compared to traditional turret punch,

    - There is no limit in part length to be produced,

    - Buying coil instead of blanks offers more saving on material cost and storage.

    PART SORTING

    Drop stacker, gantry systems or 6 or 7 axis robot offloads continuously the various parts and stacks them as per the selected packing configuration.

    NON STOP PRODUCTION

    Very long runs can be achieved. Coils up to 25 tons (55,000 lbs.) can be used:

    A 60’’ wide coil, with a thickness of 19 Ga, coil becomes an unlimited blank of 6,500 ft, which is 650 sheets of 5x10’.
