  Prototypes play an important role in the manufacturing of high performance car parts. Before going into mass production of a product, it’s essential to develop a prototype for verification.

  Changdong Tool & Die has successfully developed lots of metal prototype dies and prototype parts.These products are widely used in prototype vehicles of Nissan,Suzuki and Ineos projects.

  Our engineers are skilled at using Simulation software like Autoform, enable us to quickly know the feasibility of prototype parts,such as cracks,wrinkles and thinning rate,which make us better to know how to optimize the design of prototype dies.

  Changdong only needs 2 weeks to finish designing, machining to assembly,then 1 more week to complete 85% qualified prototype parts,to guarantee assembly holes and main profiles qualified, appearance with little tool marks.

  Dongguan Changdong Tool and Die Co., LTD is one professional stamping die maker in China,who specializes in making progressive dies,transfer dies and tandem dies up to 4200mm long.

  Changdong is capable of making stamping dies for various medium size automotive parts, and some larger components. These include car bumpers, A & B Pillars, Cross beam pressings and car chassis, doors, seats and panel parts, engine heat shields and exhaust pipe parts. We can also produce non-automotive items such as printers, ATM components, oven and refrigerator parts, etc.

  Each year,the company provides about 350 sets of stamping dies and till today cooperate with customers from 16 countries.
