HUBTEX unveils the second generation of its FluX series

360° steering on three-wheels

The new FluX series from HUBTEX is the latest generation of multidirectional counterbalance forklift trucks for combined indoor and outdoor use. The lift truck with 3-wheel chassis is ideal for the combined handling of pallets and long goods. Thanks to a low-noise and environmentally friendly electric drive combined with an innovative 360° HX steering for smooth changes in direction from longitudinal to transverse travel, the truck outperforms all other 3-wheel multidirectional trucks when it comes to maneuverability, efficiency and user-friendliness.

Special features of the counterbalance forklift include its compact frame length and the fixed lift mast. As a result, the FluX can be used like a front loader for loading and unloading trucks, for example, or as a sideloader for transporting long loads through narrow aisles. The truck has been optimized for every application – from the ergonomics of the cabin to the more compact masts, central seating position and fork carriage with sideshift, providing better all-round visibility.

The HUBTEX MaxX electric multidirectional sideloader is a versatile solution offering a variety of widths and lift heights with load ranges of 6,600 lbs and 9,900 lbs. An economical option for handling long materials in narrow aisles, within a warehouse, or for loading and unloading trucks outdoors. It is the ideal alternative to a diesel vehicle.

The MaxX delivers innovation, safety and economy thanks to its modern design including a free-view mast, which offers the operator an excellent view of the load from the cab. With the option of HUBTEX’s patented HX steering system, the operator can make a quick changes in direction and reduces wheel wear.

The two-piece articulated chassis frame, recently adapted to the MaxX, has been tried and tested over decades ensures ground contact of all wheels to immediately compensate for uneven floor or ground. This exclusive design makes the truck extremely stable and allows high residual capacities at very high lift heights. Gaps in the chassis frame are sealed from outside contaminants.

The ELX series is Baumann’s most compact model, measuring less than 157 inches in length and 29.5 inches in deck height. The reduced length and improved turning radius have been achieved without sacrificing the mast or well width, clearance, and low bed height. A 120v power supply and a 2.5 tons weight reduction from conventional machines have increased battery performance by up to 30%.

The compact 120v AC powered machine is perfect for those looking for longer shift life, comfort & high levels of maneuverability. A new steering axle was developed with weight redistributed to provide a lower center of gravity.
