Eagle’s NEW “ProBending” CNC Software is now Standard on our CNC Controlled Roll Benders of various models and capacities. Roll in Manual or Full-Auto Modes with automatic: part insertion tangent calculation, start cycle sensing, direct input of radius, degree or arc with auto-interpolation, blending and part removal positions all auto-calculated. The “Mirror” function replicates shape programs to save time.
Our NEW CNC Benders feature self-contained air compressors to actuate/retract the pneumatic encoder tracking the movement of the profile with utmost precision. This eliminates the need of external air supply, unsightly hoses or air-drops.
Our “Archimeter” Digital Radius Gauge will display the obtained radius directly on the HMI active color matrix 15” LCD monitor. The “Raspberry” industrial Micro-PC using LINUX OS is more stable than other software uses a wireless keyboard and mouse. Remote assistance, USB & RJ-45(LAN) ports, Wi-Fi, DXF file import/export as well as connection to an external computer are standard.
