Automation, highest productivity, lower energy consumption and production cost can be easily achieved with the FACCIN 4-roll plate roll with linear guides 4HEL series. The 4-roll is effectively automated with the recently upgraded CNC, the PGS-Absolute™, based on Siemens technology: powerful machine axis controls, new features, more functionalities, and a user-friendly interface CNC.
The roller is also equipped with the newly developed Eyebend™, an advanced laser-based plate roll measurement system.
Additionally, at our booth the new
FACCIN electric Drive Plate Roll 4HEP-MPE and the
ROUNDO angle roll R6X. The 4HEP-MPE features
rolling speeds up to 32.8 ft/min, greater efficiency for
reducing energy consumption costs by up to
35 percent. On the other hand, the ROUNDO R6X brings a greater operator ergonomics while facilitating the profile or tube loading,
maximum bending capacity without loss of power regardless of speed.
