With automation, accuracy and high productivity for today’s manufacturing needs, the ABS 320 PLC features a generous 13” cutting capacity, expanding on the already best-selling ABS 320 B. The machines are nearly identical; however improvement comes in the way of setting the cut length in the Delta control, no longer utilizing a physical stop, and a rotary encoder for accuracy of the feed system. The PLC operation is simple, and the touchscreen guides the operator through the machine setup.
This unique European designed and manufactured saw includes extensive features: touchscreen PLC control, fully automatic workpiece feed with hydraulic vise and bundle feature, automatic blade breakage control, optical height sensing, and infinitely variable cutting speed. Also included with the machine tool is a 4-foot gravity infeed table and a complete high performance coolant system.
