    • LMSSA linear motor stages are equipped with either an iron core or a coreless motor, and well suited for automation applications that require high dynamics and accuracy. Specify absolute or incremental encoders. These stages are available up to 2,700 mm stroke.

    • As low as 0.1μm resolution
    • Low velocity ripple
    • Max. speed 5 m/s (no load condition)
