Based on the resulting point cloud, the 3D.Paint Pilot applies the desired finishing strategy and translates it into a robot program, which the robots then execute. This eliminates the need for expensive and time-consuming programming by specialized robot programmers. This solution makes automatic finishing economically viable, even when part portfolios frequently change or there is a high variety of parts. Companies can thus respond more flexibly and cost-effectively to changing requirements.
