NEW Cyclomix® Evo 2K & 3K Dosing and Mixing Solution (Aug 23, 2024)
Plymouth, Michigan, December 6, 2023: Sames North America is excited to launch our NEW Cyclomix^® Evo 2K & 3K dosing and mixing solution for solvent based, water based, and acid catalyzed coatings. The new Cyclomix^® Evo is available in Airspray, Airmix^®, & Airless^®technologies.

The Cyclomix^® Evo is part of our Sames Kremlin product range and will replace our current Cyclomix^® range which includes: Cyclomix^® Micro, & Cyclomix^® Multi.

Below are the benefits of New Sames Cyclomix^® Evo:
- High Productivity:
A very intuitive and easy to use interface combined with an autonomous mode allowing you to go into full production efficiently after the initial training & installation. The compact mixing block and the new injection algorithm guarantees continuous production without interruption, touch-up, and reworking of parts.
- Precise dosing and mixing:
Thanks to a new patented injection method with Airmix^® technology and an algorithm to adjust the injection frequency, the Cyclomix^® Evo ensures perfect dosing and mixing.
- Reduced and optimized volume of waste:
The Cyclomix^® Evo with waste management reduces mixed material waste volumes and solvent consumption. The first function, ‘Paint optimization’, consists of using the maximum amount of paint remaining in the hoses at the end of production. ‘Push color’ makes it possible to switch from one color to another without flushing. These two functions can also be combined to achieve a quick and economical color change.

We also have a patented solution to reduce the volume of paint regeneration in case of pot life for a 3K paint.
- Connectivity:
The Cyclomix^® Evo is a connected machine that will allow you to have full traceability on production and maintenance.
- Modular offer:
Starting from a basic version, it is simple to increase the capacity by adding and configuring specific modules. It is possible to choose several types of flowmeters, add fluid regulators, to select (1) or (2) paint circuits or to choose elements adapted to aggressive products such as acid catalysts, etc.
- Retrofit your existing Cyclomix^® systems:
For customers who already have a Cyclomix^® Micro, Multi or Expert, it is possible to update your machine by replacing the old control panel and using the Cyclomix^® Evo panel. This will allow you to benefit from new functionalities at a lower cost than keeping the existing control panel.

The Sames Inocoat Inobell is a rotating electrostatic powder bell sprayer that provides high performance, exceptional finishing quality, and seamless integration.

To meet the requirements of companies looking to improve paint savings, Sames has designed Inobell, the electrostatic powder bell with high performance, excellent finishing quality and easy integration. It allows the application of powder paint on all types of surfaces with a particular effectiveness on flat surfaces.

Derived from the spraying technologies used in liquid paint for the automotive market, the Inobell rotating powder bell sprayer differs from traditional application equipment by its exceptional quality of application and finish. The powder spray, created by the rotating bell, is more uniform and less focused than the spray from a traditional round or flat nozzle. As a result, the mechanical force is reduced, and the powder particles are more influenced by electrostatic forces, leading to improved transfer efficiency.

The rotating electrode guarantees a very good electrostatic charge for powder flow rates up to 30 kg / h while maintaining a high transfer efficiency. Powder centrifugation allows obtaining a regular thickness and thus controls standard deviations (écart type) for savings in paint deposited on the part.

Inobell technology using a rotating electrode associated with a counter electrode allows maximum powder charge. Performance is naturally higher on large flat surfaces. It could be mounted on a flat conveyor.

The Inobell is available in straight or robotic configuration.

The Inogun M sprayer gathers all our knowledge and expertise to provide the best of electrostatic technology for the manual application of powder.

The Inogun M is designed to provide the best quality powder application because it is well-balanced, supplied with low voltage cable, powder tube and reactive trigger that requires a gentle touch. The powerful high voltage unit coupled with the high voltage control unit provides a high wraparound effect on large parts (D. 500mm / 20 in) and has deep penetration into recessed areas. This reduces the cost of the equipment with a better powder usage rate and reduces the time to spray the powder.

The Inogun M is controlled by the Inobox which has a clear and easy to use interface. The connected integrated Inocontroller can also be used when it is necessary to integrate an automatic booth. The Inobox and the Inocontroller are the main control centers for manual and automatic applications as it performs high voltage and all air controls: current, electrode cleaning air, injection, and dilution. Dust and energy saving has been implemented at the heart of the gun to reduce waste, and increase productivity and the quality of finishing powder. TEC5 (Transfer Electronic Control) technology provides electrostatic charge self-adjustment, taking into account powder flow and part distance, to optimize powder transfer efficiency and finish quality.

The Inogun M is available in different kits according to the needs of your powder coating process. The Inogun M can be used as a main applicator to perform powder coating and can be mounted on a tank or independent powder supply box on a vibrating table. The Inogun M can be used as a pre-touch or touch-up solution in an automatic booth to obtain the desired coating on the workpiece. The Inogun M is also used for non-destructive testing applications.
