ScalableArc™ is the NO CAD, NO CODE, point-and-click solution for industrial welding robotics that reduces programming time by 10X! ScalableArc™ allows welders to operate industrial robots with no prior robotic experience. It’s as simple as scan, click, weld! The robot starts by scanning the workpiece and creating a 3D model, capturing everything the welder sees, including all brackets and fixtures. After the scan, the welder uses our wand to simply point and click the weld locations. These teaching points are then captured and validated in the 3D model. Next, the robot automatically fine-tunes teaching points, while allowing the welder to make final torch adjustments through our user-friendly app. That’s it! Now the robot is ready to weld.
