Automated 6-Axis Structural Steel Robotic Beam Cutting Machine

Machitech recently updated its BC25, a user-friendly, versatile, robotic 3D CNC cell and platform for cutting metal parts and profiles for virtually any structural steel shape in the industry. With high-definition Hypertherm plasma technology and Fanuc robotics, the BC25 is an automated 6-axis beam cutting system providing maximum optimization of the manufacturing process. Improves overall repeatability and accuracy. Eliminates layout work before cutting, and time-consuming & costly grinding after profiles are cut. 

Along with an automated in-feed and out-feed system on a smaller footprint, the BC25 has unique features, including a Photo-Laser Measuring Device allowing split-second profiling and positioning to guarantee a precise cut, and an easy-to-use advanced Windows-based Operator Control System. Proprietary software utilizes DSTV files from 3D profiling software and 2D DXF AutoCAD files.

Silver Cut Plasma Tables Combine Affordability With Capability

The Machitech Silver Cut™ Plasma Table is an industry leading plasma cutting table and the most affordable cutting machine today. By integrating the Hypertherm Powermax Plasma Cutting system with high-quality components and a pipe-cutting attachment, Silver Cut Plasma Machines combine high performance with compact unitized construction. 

The Silver Cut Plasma Table Machine cuts thick metals fast and delivers maximum power and performance with its Hypertherm Powermax 125 Plasma System. It features the Machitech NX4 touch-screen CNC controller. With the new pipe-cutting attachment alongside, it can also cut pipes from 1.6-in. dia. to 8-in. diameter.

Silver Cut is available with a 5-ft. by 10-ft. plasma cutting table or a 6-ft. by 12-ft. table. It also includes a magnetic torch breakaway system, the Machitech Automatic Torch Height Controller, and powerful 940 oz-inch Nema 34 motors with zero backlash drive systems.
