    • Increased torque motor quickly removes tougher slag and dross buildup from the slats on 12KW and higher powered laser machines. The Slaghog works on Copper as well as Steel support slats and can be operated on the unused laser bed while the machine is running. Perform cleaning from one side of cutting bed with a single operator. 

    Interchangeable cutters are available for slat thicknesses of 14 gage up to 5/16" thick.  Slat center distance is 2" or larger.

    The new SLAGHOG™ for PLASMA (SHP) cleans difficult to remove slag on plasma and oxyfuel slats. The SHP cleans each slat on both sides with the heavy duty quad cutters....
     

    • The new SLAGHOG™ for PLASMA (SHP) cleans difficult to remove slag on plasma and oxyfuel slats. The SHP cleans each slat on both sides with the heavy duty quad cutters. Interchangeable cutters for various slat thicknesses up to 3/8" are available. It can operate on slat spacing of 3" to 6". The operator easily guides the tool by pushing the unit on it's rollers along the length of the slats. Added flexibility is provided by the adjustable tee handle which allows the operator to stand on floor or slat surface while performing cleaning.
