CoastOne servo-electric press brakes are fully-electric machines utilizing servo motors and ball screws to administer the ram force. Manufactured in Finland by top-notch engineering, these machines offer extreme accuracy and repeatability (0.00008"). There is no hydraulics used whatsoever, so the machine's accuracy comes from reading a rotary encoder on each of the ram's servo motors. The press brakes range in size from 3ft- 13.5ft. and tonnage from 25 tons - 250 tons. The design of these machines differs from all known competitors' in that regardless of the length or tonnage, all machines use ball screws and servo motors to drive the ram. This offers "automatic crowning" from the ram and the ability to bend metal anywhere across the bed. The control is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. Energy savings can be up to 2/3, compared to your traditional hydraulic press brake. 

The MultiTapper is a CNC tapping, drilling, counter-sinking machine made in Finland. The machine comes standard with 3 heads (generally 2 tapping, 1 counter-sinking/drilling) with the option to add a 4th head as well. Operators can utilize their native CAM software to program their parts and send them directly to the MultiTapper machine. Otherwise, customers will receive free CAM software to program their parts, or they can program directly at the machine. The machine has a bridge with a rigid die anvil that 2 pneumatic fingers carry the part to. This machine is an excellent investment for customers who are manually tapping numerous holes/parts, or for those who would like to free up capacity on their punch-press.
