A new tool for improved precicion. When cutting with consistently high precision, tool change is a critical step. Calibration is required afterwards to ensure that precision is maintained. This requires both competence and accuracy. With the new product Auto TCP Calibration Tool, the calibration is done automatically. It takes a fraction of the time, requires no special skills and always gives accurate results.

The product consists of three things. (1) A software for the control system, (2) a measuring probe on a base plate and (3) a calibration ball. The product is used for all types of angled cutting, i.e. machines equipped with Alphajet, Beveljet or FiveX cutting heads.

The NCM 10 Micro machine has a number of unique features compared to traditional waterjet cutting machines.

• It is designed for Fine Abrasive waterjet cutting with 230-240 mesh abrasives and 200-400 micron focusing tube.
• It has software controlled abrasive feeding to sense feed rate, blockage and critical level in abrasive buffer.
• The table frame is made of an epoxy resin concrete for excellent stiffness, accuracy and absorption.  
• Both X and Y motion systems has Renishaw Invar Scales with extremely low expansion coefficient and high resolution.
• It has a palletized cutting table with a wide range of fixturing possibilities
• The stainless-steel catcher is rubber suspended to avoid vibrations.
• The catcher is also equipped with cooling elements to be able to control water temperature.
