According to different degrees of automation, it can be divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic powder coating line.
The process typically involves several key stages:
1.Pre-treatment: Surfaces are cleaned and prepared to ensure proper adhesion of the coating.  
2. Powder coating: The coating material is atomized and evenly sprayed onto the surface using spray guns or robotic arms.  
3. **Curing/Drying**: After spraying, the coated items are moved to a curing area where they are subjected to heat or IR to dry and cure the coating.                          4.The conveying system is an important part of achieving efficient and automated production of the spraying line. It is mainly used to transport the workpiece to be sprayed from one process to another. It includes semi-automatic and fully automatic conveying, and is selected according to different product weights.                      5.The electronic control system of the spraying line improves the spraying quality and production efficiency, and reduces labor costs and safety hazards through intelligent PLC and HMI, safety alarm and data recording system.
