The DS-FLEX is a multi-channel, flexible double sheet detector that allows users to detect double sheets of ferrous and/or non-ferrous metals, the presence or absence of metal, and some material gauging within one detection system. The system can be configured to operate two separate contact probes, two separate pass-through probe sets, or one single contacting probe and one pass-through probe set. The DS-FLEX stands out from the competition due to its unique flexible configuration ability, smaller footprint, and immunity to magnetic conveyor noise.
