  • The AMADA SDEW-1613i3 Goriki is a 160 metric ton wide bed, Direct Drive, Double-Crank Solid Steel Straight-Side frame Servo Press machine with 8-sided gib slide. The SDEW-Goriki series Presses are available in 80 tons and 160 tons versions. The 8-sided gib design improves eccentric load resistance and maintains stable processing accuracy during production. It is especially effective for forming asymmetrical parts that require high eccentric load resistance. The AMADA ALFAS series Compact Space-Saver Feed System revolutionizes press and feeder operation by fully integrating the control of the feed system via the press operator interface terminal. This enhanced system allows for faster setup and less labor than a conventional multi-operator interface design.   • Amada Press System offers the SDE (Servo Digital Electric) Single Point Direct Drive Series of servo presses are available from 80 tons to 330 tons in both a straight-side frame and Gap-Frame design. The SDE Series is designed based on the theory that less is more. These highly accurate metal stamping machines consume less power, produce less noise, and require less maintenance than competitors’ offerings earning the SDE Series the MF Eco Machine certification from the Japan Forming Machinery Association. Additionally, the SDE Series integrates Amada Press System’s Servo Motion Programming System Software suite SMAPS, which features detailed off-line Servo motion path creation and editing that the other manufactures do not offer.

  • The AMADA TPL-FX Series presses are available from 45 tons to 300 tons in both Straight-Side and C-Frame design. These Presses have been a staple of the modern-day press room since their release in 1990. The Link Motion design has met the press room needs of customers for high productivity and accuracy. The TPL-FX Link Motion design reduces the slide velocity by 45% as the slide approaches the bottom of the cycle which helps improve part quality, reduce noise on the production floor while increasing tooling life and through-put. The eco-counter and eco-idling functions save energy and improve energy efficiency.
