  • FlatJack®
The new, integrated FlatJack® from ARKU serves to check the flatness of punched, laser-cut and flame-cut parts. The flatness values are measured down to tenths of a millimeter and recorded in the FlatMaster® control system....

  • FlatJack®: Flatness control mounted directly onto the leveler
    Operator-independent parts flatness control

Leveled and low-stress panels are essential for automated sheet metal processing. Until now, precise flatness measurement has depended on the employees' competence with a task that demands a lot of time and experience. Heavy flame-cut parts require extensive positioning in order to obtain precise measurements.

With the FlatJack®, ARKU has developed a process which can be integrated directly onto the inlet rollers on the FlatMaster® precision leveler - reducing non-productive times.

FlatJack® - rapid and exact flatness control.

    Your benefits:

    - You set the right course towards industry 4.0 - with the efficient and automated flatness control equipment.

    - Rapid and precise sampling lets you control the flatness of your sheet metal parts and immediately detect any problems.

    - You minimize the cycle time and costs through reduced non-productive times in the leveling process.

    - You improve the working conditions for your employees through reduced parts handling.
