  • Carell's NEW D-Series Compression Benders are available in 3 sizes and compliment our A and B Series Benders. The D-15 will bend up to 5" Schedule 40 Pipe at 3D to 5D bend radius. These machines can also be tooled to bend a variety of material type and structural shapes. Being extremely rugged and simple to use, they are widely used in the shipbuilding industry and found aboard ocean vessels and in maintenance shops. Tooling is designed and built according to our customers' needs. The massive heavy base permits mounting of tooling for large radius bends. Being totally electric they are easy to maintain and eliminate the need for hydraulics.  The 40 second cycle time increases productivity and reduces labor costs. The D-15 has a 15 HP self braking, brushless servo motor right angle drive, weighs 7,500 LBS without tooling, occupies only 5' x 5' of shop space. Main arbor OD is 4.5" and produces 150,000 inch-pounds of bending moment.  The compact design is ideal for all bending shops.

  • Carell Corporation's NEW ETM-90HD Rotary Type Pipe and Tube Bender, completely constructed in solid steel plate and billet will outperform other units that  incorporate cast aluminum frames and tooling. Our NEW Digital Programmer has 40 programs with 5 bends each along with springback compensation. The unique new controller includes a capacity calculator for your material with section modulus and minimum expected bend radius without deformation. The powerful drive arbor accepts a variety of tool sizes. Input bends on an industrial polycarbonate 7" touch screen. Capacity: 3.50” OD x 0.216" Tube,  3" Scd. 40 Pipe &  2-1/2" Scd. 80 pipe. Bending Radii: 2.4" to 19.5", as tube sizes permit. Automatic mode executes bend & return with one command, set of dwell time after bend and return for part extraction. Quick Change Tooling for rapid change over. The round keyless arbor uses unique safety drive pins ensure correct mounting of the former. Other brands may allow tooling to be installed incorrectly and damage tools or the machine. Carell manufactures  solid steel tooling in-house for rapid delivery.

  • Carell's New HT2R Precision High Speed Ring Rolling machine creates rings all day long in a 5 second work cycle with ultimate precision and accuracy. The unit has 2 cantilevered shafts, part ejector and infeed guide, standard and is hydraulic powered for high efficiency. Fixed top shaft serves as a mandrel with a quick disconnect for rapid change out. Lower roll is hydraulically  actuated, covered in High Durometer, Non Marring Urethane. Forms any material type, solid strip or notched, holes or voids. It produces perfect rings with zero flats and uses an HMI-PLC with memory. Auto-loading systems, optional. Additional top mandrels are easily machined. Requires 5' x 5' of floor space and weighs 2,600lbs. The color graphic HMI uses an easy and intuitive programming logic. Machines can be manufactured for strip material from 1/4" wide to 8" wide.

  • Carell's NEW Advanced HT-2 Roll Automatic Cycle Cone Formers are designed for mass production of small I.D. minor end cones in a variety of material types and thicknesses. The conical contoured top roll, in hardened steel alloy 54-60 HRC, acts as a mandrel and presses against the non surface marring high Durometer Urethane lower roller. Distinct advantages include extremely short cycle times, cones with voids, perforations or irregular shapes are produced with perfect roundness and unbent flats at the seam juncture are near zero. Machines can be built for 6" to 60" tall cones. Feed tables, part ejectors & auto-loading systems are optional. Minor ID's of 1.75" are possible and cones exit ready for automated seam welding.

    The programmable cycle uses a color touch screen HMI. Versatility of cone angle is achieved by the adjustable angle top mandrel which is also quickly interchangeable and programmable pinch pressure adjustment. HT-2 Roll Cone Formers are tailored to the cone design and manufacturing needs.

  • Carell Corporation's NEW Vertical Format Guard Rail Benders offer versatility to the highway guard rail industry. Long and tight radius rails are easily supported at a constant height from the shop floor to reduce material handling issues. LED Readouts are standard. Upper extended shafts and rolls to bend Guard Channels or other products are optional. Output speed is optional variable up to 25 FPM. An elevator is available to raise and lower the machine to maintain a constant working height regardless of the Beam Rail or profile type, concave or convex. Automated work cycle NC or CNC controls are optional. Machines are fully hydraulic for durability and maintenance fee operation. Our Guard Rail Benders are manufactured in both the horizontal and vertical formats to meet any production requirement. Rollers can be machined to match any standard or non-standard Beam Rail cross sections. Our unique design allows bending to an extremely tight radius without using a press.

  • Carell Corporation's NEW A-Series Corrugated Sheet Rolls in both Initial Pinch and 4 Roll Designs are dedicated to rolling corrugated pattern sheets for culvert tubes or cambered panels. Durability and speed are the key elements. The 65 to 70 FPM throughput allows customers to quadruple their current production while reducing periodic maintenance requirements. This versatile series is available in mechanical and hydraulic versions with or without automated controls and can be built to handle 3' to 16' wide corrugated sheet from 18Ga to 5/16" thickness. Rolls can be machined for any corrugation pattern and can built with additional slots or grooves to accept end treatments, folds and hems. Lateral bending rolls are journaled in tapered roller bearings and move on efficient, direct thrust linear guides. Roll parallel is controlled from the operator console to form conical corrugated segments. Corrugated sheet rolls are also built in the Vertical Format for extremely long sheets or dedicated production requirements.
