Combi unitized
Straight to the finish!
Quick, easy, and risk-free removal of a weld seam in an inside corner and finishing to perfection; who would not want that in times when the requirements for a better finish are constantly increasing?
The existing unitized range already paved the way thanks to its increased control. But now there is Combi unitized: one-step finishing at its best!
Composition
Rebel One Combi unitized is a unique and patented combination of two specific unitized discs, with the whole being more than the sum of all parts.
The hard core is responsible for flawless grinding of the weld.
The soft sides of the flexible disc raise the finish to the highest level.
Advantages
Rebel One Combi unitized offers various advantages that make the product irresistible for both the practised and the occasional user.
1. UP TO 30% FASTER
Combi unitized is 1-step finishing at its best, and you may take that literally. While you previously required two discs for the perfect weld seam, one disc is now enough. Combing two grinding steps in one disc also means that no more time-consuming disc changes are required. As a result, you can work up to 30% faster.
2. GRINDING WITHOUT RISKS
The extremely forgiving construction of the disc with flexible sides allows you to grind without risks and defects. The protective effect of these sides prevents grinding into the workpiece.
3. MAXIMUM CONTROL
You always have 100% control during grinding. This flexible disc has soft contact, and rests on the workpiece in a way that always maintains great working comfort.
4. COOL GRINDING
These Combi unitized discs grind cooler than more traditional abrasive materials, meaning there is less chance of misshaping or discolouring the workpiece.
5. UNIFORM FINISH
Combi unitized is always a guarantee for a uniform finish. Therefore, a flawless finish remains guaranteed in all conditions.
The range
There is an ideal Combi unitized disc for any task or for anyone's personal preference. Rebel One Combi unitized is available in three versions. GA7 keeps a perfect balance between stock removal and finishing. For extra fine finishing, you can use the GA6 version, while GA8 stands for even faster stock removal.
