    • Allor Manufacturing Inc. is pleased to introduce our new Patented EQUAL PLASTIFICATION Leveler, This unique technology levels your strip equally both top and bottom in excess of 90% plastification and eliminates uneven residual stresses in your strip. Featuring quick change cassettes and fully automated setup sequencing, this new technology is designed specifically for running High Strength AHSS grade steel. Customers with cut to length lines will be able to run a wider range of products with higher yields. This Patented Technology is provided with Driven Rolls, all while reducing overall horsepower requirements.
    When used in a coil to coil line, this technology provides flat strip with lower tension requirements as compared to traditional tension levelers.  By eliminating the need for entry bridles, relying only on recoiler and/or exit bridles, We have created a smaller footprint than traditional tension levelers while significantly reducing overall horsepower requirements.
