Master Remover® 7000, introduced by Atotech in 2017, is a highly efficient, versatile and sustainable paint removal process developed to remove powder paints from a variety of substrates.
Capable of operation in spray or immersion as well as off-line or in-line applications, Master Remover® 7000 is a robust and rapid paint removal process for hooks, racks and part rejects. It is compatible with ferrous and light metals (aluminum, zinc, magnesium) and can be used in conjunction with proprietary filtration to achieve extended solution life. Master Remover® 7000 is the ideal in-house alternative to conventional paint removal techniques such as burn-off, media blasting and pyrolysis (molten salt), eliminating the necessity for secondary off-line cleaning requirements and minimizing downtime and the capital required for additional racks and hooks.
At Atotech, we pride ourselves on being industry leaders in both innovation and sustainability. With Master Remover® 7000, achieving a sustainable and cost effective solution for your paint removal needs is possible.
