  • TRUMPF’s TruLaser Cell 5030 is a system specialized in prototypes and low-to-medium volume production. The system comes with a TRUMPF disk laser as standard, making it a rugged, low- maintenance and energy-efficient choice. Offering an excellent solution for bridging the gap between 2D and 3D laser processing, the TruLaser Cell 5030 is also a worthy successor to the older models of hybrid machine still equipped with CO2 lasers. Like other models in this range, the TruLaser Cell 5030 is equipped with flying optics which keep the process consistently accurate, regardless of the weight and position of the part. Combined with the solid-state laser, improved part performance and highly dynamic axes yield impressively high productivity.   • TRUMPF’s new TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber combines the high speeds of a solid-state laser with a broad range of processing capabilities. It can cut tubes and profiles with diameters of up to 254 millimeters and materials as thick as 10 millimeters. In addition, this machine executes high-quality bevel cuts up to 45 degrees. The machine has a four-kilowatt TruDisk 4001. The beam source is robust and reaches the high cutting speeds typical of solid-state lasers. The RapidCut function further increases productivity. By superimposing the movements of the tube axis and cutting head, TRUMPF has achieved a fourfold increase in machine dynamics. As a result, the high feed rates of the solid-state laser are noticeable even in small contours. Meanwhile, PierceLine speeds up the piercing process. This option is one function TRUMPF has transferred from sheet to tube processing. The machine also comes equipped with an automatic load and unload feature.

  • The TruPrint 3000 is a powerful, medium-format additive manufacturing machine geared towards the large-scale production of complex metal parts. The TruPrint 3000 utilizes LMF (laser metal fusion) technology and processes parts measuring up to 300 millimeters in diameter and 400 millimeters in height. The machine is equipped with an exchangeable cylinder, which allows the construction chamber and supply cylinders to be quickly and easily switched out.  The system is equipped with two 75-liter supply cylinders, which contain enough powder to complete the entire manufacturing process without having to stop. Another key component of this system is that the unpacking station is seamlessly integrated into the process chain. This allows for increased machine utilization as the unpacking procedure is now an offline process running parallel to production. With times between build jobs taking as little as 30 minutes, this system has reduced potential downtime and increased overall productivity.
