HANOVER, N.H.—Hypertherm, a U.S. based manufacturer of industrial cutting systems and software, is bringing two new systems to this year’s FABTECH show, a new X-Definition™ class plasma along with a HyPrecision™ Waterjet pump with advanced predictive maintenance capabilities. In addition to its new systems, Hypertherm will showcase new versions of its ProNest® and Robotmaster® software, and the industry’s most extensive line-up of specialty torches and consumables.
Hypertherm’s X-Definition class plasma combines engineering advances and refined high definition plasma processes to deliver unmatched plasma cut quality on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Hypertherm will also introduce a new HyPrecision Waterjet pump that includes technology designed to provide warning of upcoming maintenance needs. Hypertherm will have cut samples of both cutting processes available from Booth B6351 in Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center.
ProNest 2019, introduced in May of this year, is a major version update of Hypertherm’s popular CAD/CAM nesting software for automated cutting. This new release contains more than a dozen new features and enhancements designed to make customers more efficient and profitable. The new version of Robotmaster, v7, introduces a completely new architecture to what was already considered a revolutionary task-based robot programming platform. It uses integrated CAD/CAM functionality for the first time ever so that welding, cutting, painting, sanding and other process professionals can easily program industrial robots without having to buy or learn complex CAD/CAM software.
Hypertherm will present its Powermax line of air plasma cutting and gouging systems, along with its lineup of specialty torches and consumables, from the show’s Welding Hall in C12542. Activities will include multiple daily demonstrations of cutting, gouging, flush cutting, extended reach cutting, marking, and CNC table cutting. Hypertherm will have demonstration stations on hand so show attendees can try out these various processes for themselves. Show attendees who cut with a Powermax system can enter a drawing for one of three Powermax45 XP systems.
Hypertherm designs and manufactures industrial cutting products for use in a variety of industries such as shipbuilding, manufacturing, and automotive repair. Its product line includes cutting systems, in addition to CNC motion and height controls, CAM nesting software, robotic software and consumables.
