  • Typhoon High Flow 2.85mm Extruder
    Typhoon is a high flow 2.85mm filament extrusion system designed for industrial large-scale 3d printers. It's compatible with any standard firmware and is capable of outputting a flow around 200mm³/s (0.9 kg/h)....

  • Super High Flow

    The Typhoon can output 200 mm³/s and is the highest output flow for 2.85mm filament.

    Quad Pinch System

    The quad pinch system is a four-point contact with the filament. This extreme grip ensures no slipping ever occurs. Any type filament to go through this mechanism, even very soft and flexibles ones.

    Dual Heating Zone

    The dual heat zone design ensures the polymer is at a constant temperature. The top section receives cold filament and generates more heat to melt the polymer. Then, the bottom zone ensures that the polymer is at a precise temperature to output an even flow.

    Precision Filament Position

    With a resolution of 0.002mm, the follower wheel is the most precise tool to measure the filament position. The feedback can be used as a closed loop to adjust the stepper speed.

    Precise Temperature Control

    The two PT100 sensors are class A, high precision sensors. The circuit has been designed to use the best resolution between 0°C and 500°C.

    Pressure Sensor

    The built-in pressure sensor gives a continuous feedback on extrusion force. The data obtained from this sensor can be used in multiple ways, in particular, to improve the quality and repeatability of your prints. This feature can also prevent damage from a badly configured print.

    Super Strong Heat Transition Tube

    The new transition tube design takes the full advantage of titanium low thermal conductivity plus the rigidity of a large tube. The machining is highly complex and done by a specialized manufacturer.

    Nozzle Quick Change

    Each nozzle can be switched easily with a few knob turns. The taper assembly ensures solid contact with the housing. The electrical connection is automatically done with the nozzle change.

    Easy Filament Swap

    The top lever moves all driving mechanisms away from the filament, allowing filament switching in just a second.

    Automatic Bed Leveling

    The nozzle is pressure sensitive and can detect the presence of a build platform under it. The daughter board can be configured to output the same signal as a limit switch, making it very easy to integrate into your system.

    Hot Environment Ready

    The Typhoon is ready for any environmental conditions. The water-cooling loop ensures the whole system is at a constant temperature. With an additional heat shield, the Typhoon can handle 200°C environment.

    Tungsten Carbide Nozzle

    The ultra wear resistant tungsten carbide nozzle avoid any change in nozzle size and height during large prints with abrasive filaments.

    Strong NEMA23 Motor

    The NEMA23 motor can handle high flow without a sweat. The driving system is able to push as much as 20 kg.

    3.21: 1 Metal Gears

    The gears are made from alloys steel and are heat treated for long useful life. Each gear is mounted on strong ball bearings, reducing friction losses and smoothing operation.

    Stable Communication

    High-Temperature Materials: PEEK, Ultem, PSU

    The high-temperature heaters, temperature sensors, and extrusion components enable printing up to 500°C.

    Automatic Feeding System

    The Pulsar can come with an optional feeding system detects the pellets level. Pellets can be delivered from a bulk source.

    Anti-Oozing Mechanism

    As the screw can't pull molten plastic, an anti-oozing mechanism ensures nice looking prints without any flaws.

    Tri-zone Heating Control

    The triple heat zone design ensures the polymer is at a constant temperature. The top section receives cold pellets and generates more heat to melt them. Then, the middle zone stabilizes the polymer at a precise temperature. Finally, the nozzle heater ensures an even flow.

    Uniform Heating

  • The DyzEnd Pro has a really small form factor making it one of the smallest hotend on the market. It is designed with a new high-temperature heat block, a new ceramic coated transition tube, vibration dampening feature, reinforced sealing properties, and smaller vibration resistant connectors that are better suited for 3D printers in closed environments.

    Moreover, the DyzEnd Pro comes equipped with Dyze Design’s new ultra wear resistance tungsten carbide nozzle, which was launched last year on Kickstarter. The high thermal performance of the tungsten carbide keeps the nozzle tip hot, thus allowing faster printing speed without sacrificing the quality. Tungsten carbide has exceptional wear resistance due to its high hardness.

    As for the DyzeXtruder Pro, the all-metal extruder is very lightweight (around 300g) and also has one of the smallest form factors on the market: it is not larger than the NEMA 17 it uses, making it very space efficient on a multiple extruders configuration. Besides, the extruder is stronger than ever. With the improved teeth and new bearings types, the DyzeXtruder Pro is able to push as much as 10 kg (22 pounds) of force. This is more than necessary for all 3D printing applications. Finally, the new backblock has cooling fins for increased heat spreading in room environments and the DyzeXtruder Pro comes with a connector and a cable for its motor so you can easily maintain it.
