VAC-U-MAX Metal Powder Recovery System (AM-MPRS) for Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing applications - conveys, screens, recovers and reuses metal powders including Inconel, Stainless Steel, Haynes 282, and Cobalt Chrome. AM-MPRS increases productivity of 3D Printing Machines by extracting metal powders from the printing bed via vacuum and then sieves the metal powder for future use – cutting metal powder recovery time by 85%. The sieve then discharges the metal powders into a pail, drum or IBC, in an inert environment. AM-MPRS is NFPA 484 compliant for handling metal powders. System is designed for ease-of-use, conveying metal powders in a closed system, eliminating operator exposure to metal dusts - maximizing plant and personnel safety. System utilizes vacuum via stainless steel VAC-U-MAX Vacuum Receiver which offers 3.3 square meters of filter area. Vacuum generator includes VAC-U-MAX’s Single Venturi Power Unit.
