  • LRS-WQ-DL
    The LRS-WQ-DL comprises an UV-optimized optical system and a selection of two high power LED light sources, providing up to 12.5 Watts optical power in the image.

  • The LUXBEAM® Rapid System LRS-WQ-DL, LRS-WQ-LC and LRS-WQ are a DLP® based stereo lithography subsystems specifically designed for professional 3D Printing and additive prototyping/manufacturing systems. With the robust and reliable high resolution DLP9000 WQXGA chip, the LRS-WQ line offers long lifetime and low maintenance costs.

    The LRS-WQ line is a proven and reliable plug-and-play system/module. With its integrated CPU and industry standard Ethernet communication interface, it provides advanced internal communication, logging communication, status tracking and other logging features.

    The system is configurable with numerous imaging lenses at different magnifications, providing anything from 1,9 micron native pixel pitch up to 130 micron in image, corresponding to an A4 sized build area.

  • The LUXBEAM® Rapid System LRS-MCx-V2 offers stackability of modules for stitched images down to 50 micron pixel pitch in image with a 10 Gb ethernet connections for quick download time supporting high throughput production printing solutions. This allows for highest manufacturing throughput with single pass linear motion systems. Special alignment features grant pixel precise alignment of the modules and features the same robust and reliable high resolution DLP9500/DLP9500 UV chipset. The water-cooled modules offers long lifetime and ultimate performance.

    A typical implementation comprises at least two projection modules on a linear stage system. A selection of different high power LEDBEAMTM UV LED light sources, ranging from 365 nm to visible blue 460 nm and providing up to 9 Watts optical power in the image are availble.

    Multiple lens options support a wide scalability and system configurations. The system supports the Visitech LAMA API and GUI, a comprehensive software control system that manages the motion system and data management to each photohead.

  • Plug-and-play solution for multihead scrolling

    While introducing multihead scrolling as the most advanced solution for scaling up productivity of 3D Print Stereolithography systems, Visitech adds a plug-and-play reference stage to its portfolio. It is designated especially to customers that have good expertise with static 3D print machine development and production and that would like to explore business opportunities in 3D Print Additive manufacturing through implementing scalable motion systems for enlarged build areas.

    FLEXIBLE REFERENCE STAGE PLATFORM

    The reference stage is designed to be installed in both, bottom-up and top-down configurations. Depending on the projection lens selection, a variety of configuration options is feasible, allowing for seamless stitching of native images with pixel pitch as small as 50 micron. The reference stage can be used both in UV Stereolithographyt using up to 4 LRS-MCx photoheads as well as for systems for polymer-based Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) using the LRS-MCx-NIR photohead.

The system provides for an integrated autofocus system that supports process monitoring and system calibration.

    The LUXBEAM® Rapid System LRS-4KA is specifically designed for static implementations in 3D Printing and additive manufacturing systems. It offers a superior resolution DLP® based stereolithography sub-system with more than 8 million addressable pixel positions for production of the highest resolution parts. Different lens options offer flexible build area and an efficient optical system generates superior power output for high building speed. Three product variants are available:

    • LRS-4KA for high power systems.

    • LRS-4KA v2 uses the DLP670S.
