    Technical specifications of the INDUSTRY F350 3D printer

    The F350 was designed with a key focus on enhancing user and print productivity. The advanced kinematic system enables print speeds up to 400 mm/s and travel move of 1000 mm/s, all while ensuring top-standard results.  

    With three different interchangeable modules, the INDUSTRY F350 can process a wide range of materials including PEEK, PA6, PA-CF, PC, ABS, ASA and PLA. The manufacturer also ensures the future availability of materials like Victrex® AM200, PEKK-CF, PC-CF, PC-ABS.

    The fully enclosed, actively heated chamber provides optimum printing conditions for each material, that ensures high-quality and high-strength results. 

    The combination of the heated build chamber, high extrusion temperatures, and heated material chamber ensures that prints made of high-performance polymers like PEEK or PC are properly calibrated and extruded to ensure the quality and strength of industrial-grade parts – consistently, quickly, reliably, and safely.

    3DGence CLOUD provides remote administration and management of the printer, including running or queueing prints, monitoring the printer status, sharing files, viewing a live camera feed, collecting prints, and processing statistics.

  • 3DGence, a Polish 3D printer manufacturer, has introduced its latest industrial FFF system, the INDUSTRY F420. This system, which will be showcased at Formnext next week, offers a larger build volume than its predecessor, the INDUSTRY F340, as well as an improved printing speed up to 400 mm/s. 

    “The high print speed is the key aspect of our industrial 3D printing process,” said Remigiusz Synowiec, Product Manager at 3DGence. “This 3D printer is a perfect tool for quick production of end-use parts that can be used in final products.”

    The INDUSTRY F420

    The INDUSTRY F420 features a high-temperature print chamber of 380 x 380 x 420 mm, to enable the creation of large 3D printed models for rapid production, customization and prototyping. Its modular printing system, uses 3 modules with predefined profiles for materials such as ULTEM and PEEK.

    According to Filip Turzyński, Technology and Materials Expert at 3DGence, an emphasis on materials ensures the highest print quality and final parts performance in an industrial setting. Thus, most recently, the company partnered with advanced material companies Arkema and Armor Group to make its ESM-10 (Engineering Soluble Material) and expand the use of open-market applications for PAEK based materials in 3D printing.

    The INDUSTRY F420 is also equipped with an advanced air filtration system, a signal tower and UPS power backup, as well as a scalable cloud-based operation for remote network monitoring. Mateusz Sidorowicz, Marketing Director at 3DGence added, “The development of this project was based on the insights of our clients and our new cutting edge technology.”

    3DGence to debut INDUSTRY F420 FFF 3D printer at Formnext - technical specifications and pricing - 3D Printing Industry

  • INDUSTRY F340 modules

    Polish 3D printer manufacturer 3DGence has come a long way since introducing its first system back in 2014 – its sophisticated INDUSTRY F340 landed the company an important safety certification from TÜV Rheinland after an independent audit. In addition to air filtration and a heated chamber, the industrial 3D printer also features three interchangeable printing modules so customers can customize the system to their specific needs, and now the company is adding a fourth.

    “There are a lot of 3D printers on the market today, which are compatible with a very narrow range of materials, it is associated with the need to have several different devices. 3DGence INDUSTRY F340 is the exception in the industrial 3D printers segment,” stated Dominik Fitowski, Export Manager for 3DGence. “It has been equipped with a modular system, which is a more practical and more cost-effective solution. To print from a wide range of materials you do not need to buy a new machine, just replace the module. Customers can choose the ideal device to suit their needs, they can upgrade it and add other printing modules.”

    The INDUSTRY F340’s modular system makes it easy to replace modules for required materials without the use of tools. In addition, each module is customized for certain materials so the 3D printing process can be optimized – increasing the functionality of the printer.

    Listed in our 2018 Industrial 3D Printer Buying Guide under the Best Systems for High Temperature Materials, the INDUSTRY F340’s existing modules are:

    • The PRO module, with a printing temperature of 190°C – 265°C, which can support ABS, PLA, PET, PP, ASA and Nylon, as well as support materials BVOH and HIPS
    • The HT module, with a printing temperature of 265°C – 340°C, which can support PC, PC-ABS, and PC-ESD materials, as well as dedicated breakaway ABS support material
    • The HTmax module, with a printing temperature of 340°C – 500°C, which can support PEEK material and dedicated breakaway support material

    3DGence’s new HF (High Flow) module is its first accessory dedicated to reinforced 3D printing materials, like PA-CF and PA-GF.

    “HF module was implemented to meet the customer needs which are increasing applications of carbon fiber or glass reinforced materials in their work,” said Mikołaj Skorupa, a 3DGence 3D Printing Application Engineer. “Parts manufactured with PA-CF and PA-GF are characterized by increased thermal resistance, but also the hardness and durability. These plastics are commonly used in the injection process in industry and very well known to our customers.”

    THE HF module is also the company’s first with 0.6 mm diameter nozzles, which means that large prints can be completed much faster.
