Protect your workforce from dangerous airborne dusts created during the 3D post processing stage. With some materials, the risks are enormous, as they are not only harmful to health but may also be explosive. With ENESKApostprocess, the user can perform the manual postprocessing stages with full protection against the risks.
The ENESKApostprocessing units serve as a single station for post-processing jobs. Their generous workspaces measure just under 1 square meter (10.76 sq ft) allowing them to accommodate even the largest printing plates or multiple parts at once. Integrated control units drive a range of electric and pneumatic tools for deburring, milling, grinding, or polishing. Up to three micromotors and two pneumatic devices can be connected simultaneously to accelerate moving from one task to the next, saving the user valuable time.
The chambers of the ENESKApostprocess units are completely sealed to provide protection from dangerous airborne dusts that occur in post-processing.
Available as either a Dry system or an Oil system, (Oil system automatically includes the Automatic Fine Dust Measurement system and is available either with or without an Electric Height Adjustment). These units work by continuously pulling air out of the chamber through a robust filter system and depositing the dust in a collecting container. When the work is finished, a special cleaning process is activated, and the remaining fine dust is also removed.
Handles a wide range of materials including Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Carbon, Inconel, Brass, Ceramic, PEEK, POM, Gypsum as well as various plastics and rubber-like material and many more.
