    Print with STAINLESS STEEL

17-4 PH stainless steel combines high strength, corrosion resistance, and hardness, making it widely used in aerospace, medical and petroleum industries. It can be used to make assembly fixtures and tooling. Also known as marine-grade stainless steel, 316L stainless steel exhibits very good corrosion resistance and excellent weldability.

    Print with TOOL STEEL

A2 tool steel is air-hardened with excellent impact resistance. It can be used to make punches, dies, and form tooling. The high carbon and chromium content of D2 tool steel provides great hardness and abrasion resistance (but not as tough as A2). D2 is often used for cutting tools.

    Print with INCONEL

Inconel's strength combined with its impressive heat resistance makes it ideal for heat and pressure shielding applications. This Nickel-based superalloy is commonly used in jet engines and medical applications, and is very hard to machine. It is also very chemically resistant.

    Print with TITANIUM

Bearing the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any metal, Titanium 6-4 is ideal for lightweight applications and has both high tensile strength and fatigue resistance. It is widely used in aerospace applications such as airframe components and turbine blades.

  • CAMWorks 2019
    World's most advanced CAM Software....

  • Program smarter, Machine faster:  CAMWorks 2019 is the most advanced CAM software available, combining production-proven feature-based CAM technology, automatic feature recognition and rules-based machining, along with tolerance-based machining, to leverage MBD and PMI technology to automate Smart Manufacturing for CNC programming – paving the way to advanced digital manufacturing.

    What sets CAMWorks apart:

    • CAMWorks provides fully associative toolpaths. If the design changes, toolpaths will update automatically.

    • Multiple variations of the same part are a button push away with CAMWorks.

    • CAMWorks seamlessly integrates inside SOLIDWORKS. All CAD and CAM data is stored in one file.

Automatic Feature Recognition (AFR):  The AFR engine will interrogate a solid model in CAMWorks Solids to automatically find the prismatic features on the part. It will find holes, rectangular, round, and irregular pockets, bosses, slots, corner slots, etc. on all sides of the part. AFR can literally cut hours of time from the process of programming.

Technology Database (TechDB):  The TechDB is a database that contains all the strategies to machine the feature types that CAMWorks supports. All strategies are editable by the user.

Associativity:  All CAMWorks machining data is associated to the model. If a change is made to the model, CAMWorks recognizes it and asks if the tool path should be redone. By answering yes to one dialog, CAMWorks will completely reprogram the part.

Reduce programming time by as much as 90%:  The CAMWorks proprietary Technology Database can be used to automate families of parts and families of features to greatly reduce the time required to generate CNC programs.

Accelerate new product development by as much as 80%:  Because CAMWorks is both feature-based and associative with the design model, changes made to the design model are made easily and the toolpaths in CAMWorks can update automatically.

Utilize a single common user interface for all of your CAD and CAM needs: CAMWorks full integration inside SolidWorks (or CAMWorks Solids) brings with it the ease of use of a single user interface for all your CAD/CAM needs including solid modeling, complex milling and turning, multi-tasking machining, and wire EDM technology.

Store all CAD and CAM data in one file:  CAMWorks full integration inside SolidWorks (or CAMWorks Solids) allows all the data for both engineering and manufacturing to be stored in a single common database. This is facilitated since the CAM data is stored within the CAD (SolidWorks) file itself.
