  • Coatmaster Non-Contact UncurThickness Measurement
    Non-contact coating thickness device that measures almost any coating (liquid/powder paint, adhesives, lubricants) over almost any substrate (metal, plastic, wood). It can read >3 feet away and is not sensitive to target part distance or orientation....

  • A new measurement and control technology designed to quickly and accurately measure cured or uncured powder thickness has enabled quality and process engineers in Europe over the past several years to rapidly optimize their powder coating applications through enhanced quality control and closing the loop on their coating application with real-time feedback. The Coatmaster uses advanced thermal optics and can read coatings in an uncured stated and calculate the resulting cured thickness and is now available in North America. For uncured powder coatings, the system can display a 3D heat map of the thickness of an area up to 3’ by 5’ within 15 seconds of reading the part.   • Technifor Mini-Inline Laser Marking System
    A new technology that eliminates the need for large laser-safety enclosures for laser marking applications. The system has a built-in light-tight enclosure in the head of the unit, allowing for laser marking to take place in a compact space.

  • The Technifor Mini-Inline system has all of the elements of a laser marking system built into a compact enclosure. The laser marking head has the safety enclosure and fume extraction equipment built into, allowing for inline and rapid marking of even large parts with minimal footprint. With this design, the need for large and complex laser enclosures is eliminated.
