MBI Coatings provides Surface Engineering, Coatings and Technical Services directed at improving the design and performance of new machine parts, and the refurbishing and upgrading of used or worn parts.
We utilize Thermal Spray processes (HVOF Carbides, Plasma Ceramics, etc.), Fluoropolymers (Xylan®, Teflon®, etc.) and in-house machine shop (Fabrication, Grinding, Superfinishing, etc.).
We can meet blueprint and Mil specifications, or create custom hybrid coating systems that are unique to your specific application. We aim to be a one-stop shop for ALL surface engineering needs.
