SEAL Systems is the leading provider of software solutions for the distribution of information and documents. SEAL Systems ensures the right document, gets to the right place at the right time-securely. We connect your ERP, PLM, engineering and software office systems to your fleet of output devices — company-wide and across locations, hardware, and software. We also elegantly integrate many use formats and forms such as your company’s printer languages, drivers and operating systems.

We convert your various input formats to uniform standard formats (PDF,PDF/A, 3D-PDF) before the documents are released for distribution — for example, for long-term archiving, in universal useable trial copies or digitized, easy-to-reproduce templates for your output systems. If you need a large amount of data to be pooled into a result file with navigational support, our publishing system is the method of choice.

We have over 100 employees working to quickly meet your individual wishes. Our company started out rather small, however. Back in 1981, two resourceful university students recognized that plot systems management, especially with large format printing and paper optimization, were a problem for many businesses. They began to develop promising software programs to meet these challenges. With success!

After 35 years and 100s of implementations, SEAL Systems continues to help companies address the challenges of document security, compliance and distribution. We now have three locations in Germany, active subsidiaries in North America, Australia and France, and partners in Europe and abroad. In the fiscal year 2016 we attained sales of nearly 16.6 million dollars.

You define which documents and drawings should be collected, provided with additional information and distributed either physically or electronically.

These distribution processes are frequently transacted by involving large format printers (plotters) which is why plot management is a popular term in this context. With PLOSSYS, SEAL Systems developed the first plot management system in the world and still remains the global market leader for these types of solutions.
