Our mission is to be a strong, progressive organization, we support, represent, and advance the engineering community’s interests and promote engineering excellence for the benefit of the public.  Our vision is to be the Voice of Ontario’s engineers that champions the interests of the province’s engineering community. We have developed programs, services and resources to assist engineering firms and other organizations that employ Ontario engineers. These include: a dedicated engineering job board and employment event series, an employer resource centre, compensation surveys, fee guidelines and customized professional development programs.
