FabStation is a software platform for manufacturing and fabrication that uses augmented reality (AR) and cloud-based tools to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency on the shop floor. FabStation takes 3D model software (like SDS2, Tekla, SolidWorks, etc.) and allows teams to view them as full-scale holograms on AR headsets (HoloLens) or tablets. Workers can overlay these digital models over top of assemblies to instantly spot errors, verify measurements, and ensure parts are built correctly before they leave the shop, cutting rework by up to 95%.

Based on customer feedback and over a year of development, our New Production Control Module, coming September 2025, includes an integrated task management system, full cycle production tracking, barcode scanning, and PowerFab Integration. This brand-new system introduces a custom interface that will unify all FabStation products into a structured workflow. Teams will benefit from streamlined task assignments, preparation stages, and intuitive check-off tools at the part level. The core of the Production Control Module is a new Integrated Task Management System, designed to unify all FabStation products into a single, structured production flow. New modules for barcoding, shipping lists, final checks, and integrations with PowerFab will also be released throughout 2025–2026.
