Master Roll Manufacturing is fully capable machining, grinding, and finishing facility. We have a length capacity of 186" between center and an overall diameter capacity of 20" with CNC and manual capabilities. All of our machinery is equipped with DRO for added accuracy. We also provide our customers with premium reconditioning services regardless of the original manufacturer.

• Master Roll Expands Shop Floor To Make Way For Larger Rolls (Aug 16, 2018)

  Master Roll is excited to announce the expansion of our LaPorte, Indiana manufacturing facility.  The additional 11,000 square foot will play host to a cylindrical grinder with capacity up to 24" diameter and 190" length as well as a Hyundai Wia, 4 axis horizontal turning center with a 36" diameter x 128" length capacity. 

  While expansion plans have been in the works for quite some time, demand coming from a strong economy, has prompted us to expedite our original timeframe.  Cooperation from our suppliers has been key to making sure both machines will be installed and operational during the 3rd quarter of this year.
