  • TruBend 7050
This new press brake takes the fastest and makes it larger. The TruBend Series 7000 is known for speed and ergonomics, and increasing the size and tonnage brings the high level of productivity to a wider range of parts....

  • TRUMPF’s new TruBend 7050 bends with a press force of 55 tons and has a bending length of 60 inches. The ergonomic high-speed machine’s 6-axis backgauge guarantees exact positioning of components with remarkable precision. This new generation of TruBend Series 7000 machines comes with TRUMPF’s ACB Wireless system which measures and corrects users’ angles. The machine’s new touchscreen control panel simplifies programming on the shop floor and the streamlined views present just the essentials so users can quickly find the right screen for entering data. A sit-stand stool, a table to support users’ arms, a shelf for documents and a footrest keeps the operator comfortable and minimizes fatigue. The compact machine also comes with a right-hand cabinet to store tools and contains a shelf where users can store boxes for finished parts.
  • TruLaser 5030 fiber

  • The new TruLaser 5030 fiber introduces several significant new features for higher productivity to go along with the robust 10 kilowatt TruDisk laser. TRUMPF’s new Active Speed Control feature automatically adapts the cutting speed based on real-time monitoring of the cut. The system looks straight through the nozzle directly at the cutting zone, checking the quality of the cut and autonomously controlling the feed rate to ensure a quality cut. This feature maintains the optimum feed rate and quality even in cases where the thickness of the material varies within a single sheet, or where the top of the sheet is contaminated with rust or paint, effectively preventing interruptions in the cutting process.

The addition of Smart Nozzle Automation with QuickSwap improves productivity even further. The 21-station nozzle changer not only automatically changes nozzles, but also inspects and cleans them, ensuring maximum cut quality and uptime. As an added benefit, the QuickSwap feature allows nozzles to be accessed while the machine is in operation, enabling nozzle replenishment without productivity loss.

  • The TruMatic 1000 fiber, known for its compact size and wide range of capabilities, increases the range of automated production with the SortMaster Compact. The combination punch and laser machine pairs a “flying” delta-drive punching head featuring all-tool rotation with a 3 kW TruDisk laser. Together they perform an unparalleled range of processes from punching and forming to tapping and laser cutting, reducing handling and eliminating secondary operations. Automation offerings include a SheetMaster Compact, which loads and removes full sheets and the new SortMaster Compact, introduced at FABTECH. The SortMaster Compact removes, sorts and stacks individual parts up to 24” x 16” and up to 33 lbs. Requiring almost no additional floorspace, the SortMaster Compact deposits the parts to an easily accessible location in front of the machine. The individually programmable suction cups are of varying diameters to handle a variety of part configurations and contain sensors to ensure reliable operation
