GATHERSBURG, Md. (October 31, 2019) - Xometry, the largest marketplace for custom manufacturing, is exhibiting at FABTECH at the McCormick Center in Chicago, IL, on November 11th - 14th.
This is Xometry’s fourth year at the show and attendees can look forward to seeing custom sheet metal parts, CNC machined parts, and a variety of 3D printed parts. We will also showcase parts produced with our newest 3D printing process, Carbon DLS, a 3D printing technology that uses digital light projection, oxygen-permeable optics, and programmable liquid resins to produce products with end-use durability, resolution, and surface finish. Greg Paulsen, Xometry’s Lead Applications Engineer, will be running live demos of the Xometry Instant Quoting Engine℠ and will be on-hand to answer your design for manufacturability questions.
“We are excited for our annual appearance at FABTECH,” said Kathy Mayerhofer, Xometry’s SVP of Sales. “We love meeting with current and potential customers to highlight our newest processes and instant quoting capabilities. We can show them everything Xometry can offer.”
This will be the first year Xometry is showcasing its newest division, Xometry Supplies. Supplies launched in January 2019 and is an eCommerce platform that provides machine shops a fast and cost-effective way to order industrial material and tools. Xometry will also have representatives on-site to talk with manufacturing shops interested in joining the Xometry Partner Network.
FABTECH is one of the last shows on Xometry’s 2019 trade show tour. To see what cities and trade shows Xometry will be traveling to in 2020, visit our trade show page.
