    To take advantage of the ultrahigh laser power, the iNspire Series machine tool achieves an industry-leading 6Gs acceleration. Every doubling of Gs cuts the distance and time to get up to programmed speed in half. In addition, top speed is nearly 14,000 ipm. How does Eagle achieve this high level of dynamic motion? Linear motors are on all axes, the bridge is made of carbon fiber, the base is rigid polymer granite base, and the control system and feedback systems are chosen for ultrafast performance.

    The iNspire machine tool series also boasts a 9 second pallet change. By using servo motors and drive chains rather than slow moving hydraulics, the Eagle pallet exchange will add hours of cutting time to your machine each week.
