Carell's New 100 Ton, T100 DIGI dual axis horizontal press bends with precision repeatability. Punch and powered back gauge are programmable. The work table is unobstructed. The hydraulic ram is below the work surface. Only the punch and die are above the work table so completely closed shapes and shorter bend to bend lengths are possible.  DIGI Models have dual speeds and an air/oil cooler for continuous operation and automatic lubrication systems for low maintenance. The New DIGI-SIMPLYLOGIK software allows programming using degree of bend or point to point positions. Tool change is quick using rapid release tool holders. Machines use Eco-Friendly Technology reducing power consumption up to 20%. Along with a vast assortment of punches and dies, optional tooling is also available for straightening, pipe bending, punching, crimping, folding, shearing and more. Machine Capacity 100 Tons, 34” x 75” work surface, 13” punch stroke, 1.78 in/sec advance speed, 0.26 in/sec working speed. Precision in bending ± 0.004". Back gauge stroke is 39". The SIMPLYLOGIK HMI stores 550 programs for each axis (X & Y) with 15 steps each and can be set in inches or millimeters.

Carell Corporation's NEW ETM-90HD Rotary Type Pipe and Tube Bender, completely constructed in solid steel plate and billet will outperform other units that incorporate cast aluminum frames and cast tooling. Our NEW Digital Programmer has 40 programs with 5 bends each along with spring back compensation. The new controller includes a capacity calculator with section modulus and minimum expected bend radius without deformation. The powerful drive arbor accepts a variety of tool sizes. Input bends on an industrial polycarbonate 7" color touch screen. ETM90 Capacity: 3.50” OD x 0.216" Tube, 3" Scd. 40 Pipe &  2-1/2" Scd. 80 pipe. Bending Radii: 2.4" to 19.5", as tube sizes permit. Automatic mode executes bend & return with one command. Can be operated in Manual mode. Quick Change Tooling for rapid change over. The keyless arbor uses unique safety drive pins to ensure correct mounting of the former. Other brands may allow tooling to be installed incorrectly and damage tools or the machine. Carell manufactures solid steel tooling in-house for rapid delivery.

Carell’s New Generation Coiling Machines produce coils for boilers, heaters, solar, geo-thermal, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and other applications. Coil 6" pipe down to 1/8" OD tubes or solid rod for springs and flat bars for repetitive ring forming. Our Advanced Roll Bending Machines are available with standard and automated controls with up to 11 controlled axis to produce plain or variable pitch/variable diameter coils. Often, leading or terminal offsets can be produced on the machine without need for secondary operations.  

Simple coils are produced using basic Carell 3 Roll Benders. Complex coils require CNC controls and optional multi-axis coil pitch and diameter supports. Machines can be tooled with flush shafts to eliminate headstock interference with roller shafts. Coil supports, both powered or manually adjusted, support the coil and control the pitch. We offer both double pinch hydraulic and single pinch pyramid geometries.

Carell Corporation supplies 3 and 4 roll machines for rolling corrugated sheet of all lengths, thickness and corrugation patterns. Machines can be equipped with conventional, NC, and CNC graphic controls. Machines can be designed in the Vertical Format for specific applications. Geometries include 3 and 4 roll double pinch as well as 3 roll single initial pinch styles. Custom machines with very high throughput speeds, in-feed and out-feed supports as well as stacking systems are available.

Machine lengths from 2’ to 20’ with gauge to ¼” thickness are available. These sheet rolls can be constructed with a hydraulic drop end yoke for rolling and removal of cylindrical sections such as culvert pipes or with rigid end frames should only arched corrugated sections are to be produced. All Corrugated Sheet Rolls are ruggedly designed for continuous use in high volume manufacturing environments.

Carell Corporation's NEW MRM-H Series Hydraulic IP Plate Rolls are loaded with standard features offering fabricators quality machines at an affordable price. We offer 34 models in this line: 3' to 10' lengths and 14Ga to 1/2" capacity. Thick, solid steel plate end frames are laser cut, CNC machined and stress relieved. Lateral bending roll is journaled in roller bearings and moves on efficient, direct thrust linear guides via dual hydraulic cylinders. Roll parallel control is via pushbuttons on the operator console. We do not use maintenance prone torsion bars. Lateral roll tilts for cone rolling direct from the console without need of mechanical adjustments. All movements, including the hydraulic end yoke are push button controlled via the mobile console. Both top and pinch rolls rotation are electric driven via speed reducer and NiCrMo solid stock gears. Our NEW smaller HRM Series IP rolls also feature hydraulic adjustment of the bending roll where other brands offer manual crank movements. The hydraulic operation increases productivity compared to traditional manually adjusted rolls.
