(Hoffman Estates, IL, May 2021) Bystronic, Inc. establishes a highly experienced Smart Factory Solutions Team with extensive experience in demonstrating and implementing digital Industry 4.0 solutions for manufacturing supply chains and manufacturing plants.
The collective experiences of this industry-leading team include solutions project management, digitization, CAD/CAM, ERP, MES, and shop floor validation systems that help companies with their operations, business processes, and continuous improvement programs.
Comprised of the following recently hired and very accomplished members, the Smart Factory Solutions Team will demonstrate the interoperability of digital manufacturing solutions and manage the implementation of Bystronic’s Smart Factory Solutions within the customer’s production environment.
Adria Haines – Regional Head of Smart Factory Solutions
Adria Haines has extensive experience in the CAD/CAM market. With an educational background in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati, Haines began her career developing and supporting CAD/CAM software. She went on to serve as an Application Engineer, demonstrating and implementing CAD/CAM Interoperability projects to Fortune 500 manufacturers, before landing in her favorite role – crafting solutions for customers. Adria has helped companies to learn about Industry 4.0 technologies and how to achieve their digitization goals. Adria is currently the Vice-Chair of the FMA’s Software Technology Council.
Brandon Holmes – Solutions Designer/Project Manager
Brandon Holmes has over 10 years of experience managing projects designed to improve the efficiency and processes of manufacturing facilities. After graduating from Michigan State with an Electrical Engineering degree, Brandon began his career as a Manufacturing Engineer, completing Six Sigma projects around the country, which streamlined the manufacturing process, removing waste and optimizing these processes. For the last decade, Brandon has been a Solutions Project Manager. In this role, he designed and applied custom software configurations – ERP, MES, CAD/CAM, and shop floor validation systems – for hundreds of companies in North America.
David Iyoha – Solutions Sales Expert
David has over twenty years of experience consulting and providing assistance to companies by leveraging technology and software solutions. As a computer engineer, David has always had a passion for using software and technology to solve business problems and help companies become more efficient, productive, and profitable. For the past seven years, David has been working with manufacturing companies and fabricators on their technology applications with a focus on CAD/CAM, MES, ERP, and Digitization. David helps manufacturing supply chains and manufacturing plants with their operations, business processes, and continuous improvement programs. David Iyoha is a frequent contributor to manufacturing industry events.
James Lindsey – Product Manager Software
James Lindsey is a veteran of the CAD/CAM market, having over 30 years of experience helping companies improve processes and develop cutting-edge software. James began his career as a Design Engineer in the sheet metal fabrication and cutting tool industry, transitioning into sales and support of CAD/CAM software. James went on to become a Product Manager for a CNC nesting software company and was part of the company’s leadership team. James has worked on developing solutions for Fortune 500 manufacturers as well as small and midsize companies all over the world.
